Whitley and her cousins, Scott, Liam, and Mychaela, all share the same toy!Tom, Whitley and I ended our New England trip with a two-night stay at the Sagamore resort in New York state. We were fortunate to enjoy the exquisite views of Lake George and the surrounding Adirondacks, while spending some quality time with Tom's brother Michael, his wife Karen, and their three adorable children, Scott, Mychaela and Liam. (Karen manages the spa and waterfront at the resort, and we are sooo grateful for her assistance with the suite! It was awesome!) Tom's parents made the journey from Vermont, as well, and we adults caught up over suppers, and smiled as Whitley got to know her cousins, aunt and uncle. The kids played really well together. I was quite touched by the way the others doted on Whitley, giving her hugs and sharing their toys. So cute. Whitley actually spent a nice afternoon with her cousins, as Mike, Grammy and Papa offered to babysit while Tom and I ate lunch and cruised Lake George on the resort's steamboat replica. Thanks, Watsons, for the dinners, gifts, and great time!
