Cousin Visit

This past weekend was a very special one as my cousins Matt and Jamie, and Jamie's boyfriend Ty, flew in for a visit. The Davis fam drove them over on Saturday, and everyone stayed the afternoon for a cookout and some quality cousin time! It was a hot one, so Tom set up the sprinkler for Whitley and Drew to splash in. At first Whitley was a little nervous and stayed away from the spray. But Drew took her by the hand and led her to the water, and she immediately began to play in it. The two of them were so sweet and cute together, and Jamie got the biggest kick out of Whitley's little voice calling repeatedly, "Dreeewww! I'm comin'!" That night, Tom, Jamie, Matt, Ty and I stayed up visiting, and we had a slow, lazy Sunday morning. Around 12:30, I drove them back to Stacy's before they had to fly out. We were so excited they came to stay with us! It was so good to see them, and we enjoyed their company very much!

David is so pretty that we thought we'd put a pink bow in his hair to see if he'd look like a girl. We decided he didn't! (I think it's the blue bib and shirt. Next time he comes over, I'm going to put him in one of Whitley's little dresses. hee hee)

Uncle George was a hit on Saturday! He kept kicking the balls at Whitley and Drew and then allowing them to hit him with one. They thought it was HILARIOUS!!
