Always playing catch-up, aren't I? Well, a rainy weekend at home is the perfect time to update this blog and note what Whitley was up to throughout the holiday season.

| The Lindseys came down from VA the weekend before Thanksgiving, and we all met at Stacy's house. It was a great visit. We always love hanging out with Allie and Sydney, and the kids get along really well. |
| Making Oreo turkeys! Stacy was sweet to have all the ingredients for this Pinterest-inspired activity. |
| Cousins! |
| We caught Rivers for this one! |
| The older cousins. :) |
| Handsome Drewby turned 7 on Dec. 12! We gave him a magic kit. |
| He's a natural! Look at how the wand disappears in the box. |
| Happy Birthday, Drew! We love you! |
| Whitley was the "Terrific Kid" for her class for the month of November. Tom attended her award ceremony. She is pretty wonderful! Glad her teachers know it, too! Tom and I are very proud of how well she's doing in Kindergarten. |
Daddy had a triple-bypass on Dec. 5 and came home a week later, on Dec. 12. I spent his last night in the hospital with him and was there when he went home. He wasn't on oxygen for very long.
Glad that's all over with! He had his follow up appointment this past week and is doing great! |
| Whitley, Grammy, David and I all went to Disney on Ice on Dec. 14. It was a terribly rainy night, but the show was worth the drive! We all really enjoyed it. |
| On Friday, Dec. 20 we went out in downtown Durham, and they had ice skating! Whitley and Tom gave it a try. Thank goodness for the rail. ;) |
