CC and Day Day arrived on Thursday for a long weekend, and Stacy and the boys drove them out here for a night of fun. Whitley was so excited to see them; she didn't leave CC's lap for the first hour, as evidenced by the photo above. Whitley's toys were a hit with the boys! We all got a kick out of Drew playing "Daddy" with a baby doll, and David cooking up a storm in the kitchen. Friday was a great day, too. CC, Day Day, Whitley and I explored some of Burlington's sights. We started by visiting the City Park where Whitley rode all the kiddie rides. We laughed that they certainly give you your money's worth, as they all last much longer than the rides at Myrtle beach. (The carousel in particular goes on so long, the riders find it annoying! Whitley was even holding her hand up and yelling, "Stop!!!") Afterwards, we ate a southern buffet lunch and then hit JR's for some discounted shopping. It was such a fun family day!
