Well, goodness, I am getting behind with these blogs! On Monday night, we celebrated Whitley's birthday with a little family dinner party, Finding Nemo-themed! (The movie is Whitley's favorite, tied with The Lion King. She's even going to be Nemo for Halloween!) CC, Stacy, Drew, David, Dave, Terri, Aunt Mae Mae and Uncle Ralph joined Tom, Whitley and I for a supper of London Broil, Martha Stuart's macaroni and cheese, salad, and of course, cake and ice cream. Whitley was happy to see everyone and called out each person's name multiple times while we ate. When we sang "Happy Birthday" she absolutely lit up! She LOVED it! She was also excited to open her presents, and enjoyed them all. We were pleased with Whitley's little party, and she seemed happy with it, too. :)
Stacy and Drew were so excited about the punch ball balloons Drew received as a party favor. They ran around wild with them for quite some time!

Dinner "under the sea". I had blue streamers across the ceiling, and Dave and Terri brought green lights for the room, and a cute, lighted centerpiece for the table.
