This past week, Whitley spent her second week out of daycare, under the loving supervision of CC. My mom was already watching Drew the first half of the week, while Stacy and George made their annual trip to Park City. I spent a few nights at Stacy's while mom kept the babies during the day, but she didn't seem to need any help from me! Everything was under control; the two cousins ate together, laughed together, and napped at the same time. Leave it to CC- the baby whisperer! Stacy returned on Wednesday, my dad flew in the same day, and we had a wonderful, warm-weather weekend! Stacy and Drew played at my house and stayed for dinner on Thursday and Friday, and then Saturday, we headed to the Davis home for a fun day with the Lindsey clan. The pleasant temp allowed for Whitley and Drew to enjoy their new wheels: Drew driving his red race car, and Whitley rolling along on her Dora 'cycle. Their cousin, Lila, was a lively addition; we all got the biggest kick out of watching the kids interact. As usual, it was a sad day when we had to say goodbye to CC and Day Day, but we're pleased to have Tom's parents visiting us this week! (Will post more about their stay later.) Sweet Day Day! This was simply the cutest thing. Whitley just lay quietly on her Day Day, completely uninterested in the commotion around them.
