Family Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was at the Gundie's this year, and my Aunt Mary was her usual warm, welcoming, smiling self! She decorated her tables beautifully for all 13 of us- Mary, Ralph, Stephen, Melanie, Stacy, George, Drew, Judy, Dave, Terri, Tom, Whitley and I. Needless to say, all of the food was delicious, and the turkey was not the only one stuffed! My lovely young cousin, Melanie, really shined with her scrumptious oyster dressing and fun games. I just contributed macaroni-and-cheese... again! (See "Day Day's Big Birthday Week") It's basically the only thing I make these days; I don't have much of a repertoire... Anyway, it was a wonderful occasion, and I think everyone had a great time! I was quite thankful for the blessings in my life all weekend, and enjoyed the extra down time with Tom and Whitley. Of course, we missed CC, Day Day, Grammy and Papa this holiday, but Christmas is right around the corner! We can't wait!!
