Today, Stacy, Drew, Whitley and I drove up to Ringgold, VA to visit our cousins, the Lindseys. It had been far too long since we've made the drive together, so Stacy and I were really looking forward to the trip. The Lindsey girls and their hometown were an important and special part of our childhoods, and we're hoping to carry on the tradition with another generation of cousins. We're off to pretty good start! Allie's daughter, Lila, is four months older than Whitley and is simply adorable. She walks, talks, blows kisses, and does an array of other cute baby things. This was just the second time she and Whitley have met, and they were so cute sharing blocks on the floor. They're the exact same size! (My girl is tall like her daddy.) Drew joined in for a bit, but had the most fun running around the sunny yard and playing ball with Beb. It was so good to catch up with everyone, and enjoy a favorite Whitley/Lindsey pastime- eating a sickening amount of Nancy's delicious, homemade chocolate chip cookies. Mmmm, I wish I could share one with you right now; you wouldn't even believe how good they are. Thus, as always, we had big fun and good eats on "The Hill"! Thanks, Lindseys!!I put this first photo in for fun. This is the first time the three cousins met, the week Whitley was born. How the babies change! Time flies too fast!!

Whitley and Lila play with the Peek-A-Boo blocks.
(Allie said that Lila's head looked just like Whitley's up until her first birthday. So, hang in there, Whitley! Your hair is comin'!)
Drew comes over to show the girls how it's done.
