After our Maine visit, we spent the afternoon at our favorite New England amusement park- Santa's Village! This was Whitley's 5th trip to the festive family spot; we couldn't believe it when we counted back our summers there. The rides, atmosphere, tunes and treat were all still a hit, of course; however, we definitely missed all the family who usually join us there. Whitley tried one new thing, though- the water park! Santa's Village just opened three new water slides, and since we already had bathing suits and towels in the car, we figured, why not? (I write "we," but of course it was just Tom and Whitley. Just like with swimming, Whitley's Daddy is her partner on all rides!)
