This is my 100th blog post! And this past weekend is a good subject for it, as Whitley got to see some of her favorite folks. Saturday evening, we met Stacy, George, Drew, and David for pizza at Mellow Mushroom. Whitley and Drew were very excited to sit across from each other, and embarrassed us a little bit when they started repeating each other at louder and louder volumes. (Of course, perfect Baby David didn't make a peep!) I think we all enjoyed the chatting and company, and afterward, our toddlers ran all around, exploring the statues and waterfalls outside of the restaurant.
On Sunday, we celebrated Dave's birthday at our house. Whitley loved playing with Dave and Terri, who happily chased her around the yard and read her lots of books. The night was especially exciting because we had balloons and cake! Some of Whitley's current favorite words are "Happy Cake" and "Party!" and she got to say them quite a bit. :)
