Oh, no, it's been too long since I wrote a blog! This was actually a stressful week for us, as our students took the End of Grade Tests. But now it is Memorial Day weekend, and I'm going to try to use some of my extra time to make up for my lack of blogging. Here are some photos from last week. :)
Tom played in the school floor hockey tournament last Friday evening, and Whitley and I watched him. I thought he did well, but the teachers still lost to the students. At one point, Whitley was desperate for Tom, wailing, "Daddy! Daddy!" while he was on the court. Fortunately, the game was almost over at that point, and Whitley ran to him when it was done. :)

Whitley and Tom with some of our school friends, Amy and Ted.
Whitley ducks in to her favorite hiding spot- Mommy and Daddy's closet. I find her in there, sitting in the dark, nearly every time I turn around!
On Monday, Whitley had an appointment with her Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor, and we waited over an hour to be seen. By the time we were seated in the examination room, Whitley'd had enough! We waited nearly fifteen more minutes, and my perfect daughter threw her very first temper tantrum! She rolled all over the ground, even fake-crying a little. The nurses thought it was so funny, but I was a bit embarrassed. I kept insisting, "And the ladies at daycare told me just today how happy she is all the time!!" And she is. That doctor's office took way too long. :)
