Rough Start to the New Year...

Well, 2009 began, and the Watsons went back to school. And as a result, Whitley caught some crud. Last week, she had a stomach bug, followed by a cold and cough. The cold worsened on Sunday, and by Tuesday, we were at the doctor. She has an ear infection, which we're treating with an antibiotic. Anyway, I haven't taken any pictures, because Whitley has been so sickly, but I couldn't resist a few short videos of some of Whitley's latest accomplishments. :) She can point out your nose and ear, but loves to find her tummy! Usually, she lifts up her shirt to show it, but in the video, you'll see she improvises when her top is tucked in. Additionally, Whitley has been on the move- but only with her princess car! Still unwilling to walk on her own, Whitley races along, completing lap after lap downstairs.
