To help ease our transition back to school, my mom came and watched Whitley all this past week. Having her here is so wonderful; I've told her before that her visits are better than a spa vacation, because I feel so relaxed and rested. She cleans, organizes, cooks, and gives Whitley such excellent care that I don't worry about her at all while I'm at work. Coming home to a tidy house, smiling baby, and loving mom has got to be one of the best ways to end a day. This was the third time my mom watched Whitley while Tom and I worked, and as usual, the two of them had a blast! My mom is so creative when it comes to entertaining babies, and never fails to elecit delighted giggles. Here are some of her photos from the week, and even a little video we took on Saturday. CC stuck Whitley's little bathtime friends in the slats of her crib, and Whitley thought that was sooo funny! She would crawl right over and start taking them down, only to see them back in place again a few minutes later. Mom said they played this game for a while!
